What is the booking process ?
In order to book with us please select the bookings' tab on our home page. You will then be asked a few questions to sign up to our bookings' portal. Once you have completed these details we will contact you to schedule a Meet and Greet. These meetings are complimentary; a great way for us to get to know you and your pet(s) and make sure we are a great fit to be their dog walker. .
Do you service areas other than Brickell at this time ?
We only service the Brickell and Downtown area of Miami at this time.
Are you Insured and Bonded
Absolutely. We are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates for your complete peace of mind.
Can I book same day services ?
Yes ! Once you are registered on our system, a Meet and Greet has been conducted and you have signed our service agreement, bookings can be made. One of the benefits of hiring a local walker is we can often make emergency visits to you. Availability is not guaranteed but we will always endeavour to provide last minute services whenever we can. There is no extra charge for same day bookings.
Do you have any extra charges ?
Transparency in pricing is vital to us. We do not charge any extra for same day or last minute bookings. The only extra charges would be for booking schedules over a holiday listed below.
Do you have a surcharge for holidays?
All walks scheduled over a holiday will incur a $20 surcharge per visit.
I have two dogs, what would the pricing be ?
All walks have a rate for one dog and the additional rate is then added per dog. For example, if you wish to schedule a 30 min Private dog walk for two dogs, cost would be $25 first dog + $4 for the second dog = $29.
What times do you walk dogs ?
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible, so if you need an early morning or late night walk , let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do I sign a contract ?
Yes, we have an online contract that you should read and sign when you register for our services through our booking portal. If you have any questions regarding the contract please do not hesitate to ask.
What type of payments can you accept ?
We accept all major Credit Cards and ACH Payments. Card or Bank details should be added to the Time to Pet portal. Payments are due in full before the service is rendered.
Do you offer Group walks ?
We currently only offer private walks, however if you wish your dog to walk with a known furry friend then we can arrange this with you, let us know your requirements and we would be happy to help.
